The finished painting's colors may be different because each monitor presents colors with some deviation from original. Because of this, Paintart.org can not guarantee precise colors shades.

Each order is also regarded as purchase contract between the buyer (customer) and trader. The buyer has the right to withdrawal from the purchase in accordance with Article 45 Consumer Protection Act. If delivery is made prior to receipt of notice, the buyer shall pay the cost of shipping and packing. Completed delivery is considered an delivery of goods to the delivery service / post. The buyer is also required within 48 hours of receipt at its own expense return the goods undamaged and in original packaging. For credit card payments in the event of cancellation the customer will be charged only for the cost of shipping and packing. In case of payment by payment on account Paintart will return amount of payment minus the cost of shipping and packing.
Buyer has no right to terminate the contract in cases when he made the wrong order (chosen wrong finished painting, chosen the wrong parameters for making portraits, sent the wrong photo etc.).
In case where Paintart is responsible for the mistake (not stuck to the agreed parameters about making images, or sent by unelected finished painting), we will make properly painting immediately and send it at our own expanse. In case of errors on the material, goods damaged in transit etc., Paintart undertakes urgent re-ordered to submit a paintings at his own expense.

In the case of a sale, the number of paintings is limited.

All credit card payments will be effected in Croatian currency. The amount your credit card account will be charged for is obtained through the conversion of the price in Euro into Croatian kuna according to the current exchange rate of the Croatian National bank. When charging your credit card, the same amount is converted into your local currency according to the exchange rate of credit card associations. As a result of this conversion there is a possibility of a slight difference from the original price stated in our web site.
