Photo editing is completely free, but you may provide a tip that depends on your good will and on your estimation of the editing’s worth. "Price" is any amount.

WHAT IF I AM NOT SATISFIED WITH MY PAINTING?
Each hand made painting is our artist view of you as a person, respectively your photography. That means that it's not simply a copy because a computer print of your photography is used. Because of this, please be aware of what kind of photograph you will send to us, how your facial expression appears, and which details can be recognized, etc.. The artist can draw only what he/she can see on the photography. Before start drawing the final version, we send you a draft to approve it via e-mail.
Returning of the painting is possible in following situations: The painting is made with the wrong photograph, you do not provide the painting’s dimensions, the painting is drawn non-agreed technique, and the painting is damaged in transport, some faults on base. In each of these situations we re-send new, correct paintings.

MAY I SEND SOMEONE ELSE’S PHOTOGRAPH?
Yes, a portrait may be of yourself or a loved one, friend, business partner, etc..

WHAT QUALITY MUST THE PHOTOGRAPH BE?
It's most important to mention that photography quality does NOT depend on megapixels. The most important thing is clarity, sharpness, and presentation of all details you want to be hand painted.

For computer printed portraits, megapixels ARE important, because print quality is directly dependent of this. Generally speaking, desirable sizes are above 3 Mpx, but it's more important that photographs are sharp enough.

Are you the cheapest?
No. We are simply the best because the pictures drawn by different experts in different areas (eg, an expert in graphics has never been an expert in oil on canvas). In this way we achieve the price / quality optimum.

Why should I buy hand-made portrait?
The main reason: history proves that such a picture every day is worth more. Although we will not kill our artists that you would have earned :) However, there are number non-financial reasons: if you are curious how others see you (in this case, our painter)? And you do not need to order your portrait, surely you have people whom you admire (either from history, either from today's pop culture, etc), a portrait of today once again becomes an ideal gift: the wedding, the anniversary, the holidays, for birthdays ... High quality portrait will exceed our generation, and - go down in history. Countless examples, but the Mona Lisa, is located in museums and castles around the world. Is there a better legacy? Your image worth more with every decade...

Are handmade portraits too expensive?
They did not. Today, that "you hang on the wall" there are 3 ways: the original photographs, computer printouts of photos and handmade portrait. Photography can do for yourself; with cheap digital cameras and the setting to "100 FPS" it is possible that one photo turn out great and you'll see it before it printed date. A computer printout is associated with the above. Regardless of the material on which printing is (paper, canvas or something else). So, you pay a working hour machinery and materials (the man at least).
The only art is - the oldest one: the artist has a blank canvas in front of him and - brush. He draws what he see, facial expression, feelings, and it all transferres to the brush. He paints for hours, from sketches to the final looks is a long way. Colors must be dried, errors be fixxes, and again drying ... All that takes time. This is the answer why we do not send portraits "immediately". Theoretically, it could be sent within 2 days, but - then you'd get a big blot, as paint would not dry. But let's return to the beginning, you do not pay for dry (standing) image: you pay only the labor of man hours. Man, not an artist: otherwise it would be more expensive. Specifically, once upon a time painters lived in mansions and have all the benefits of such status - now there are no such patrons and therefore the art has become accessible to every middle class person.

WHY IS THE HANDMADE PAINTING ART?
The question is broad, as the response is. What is the art at all? From the theory that art is imitating life, to the theory that art should have nothing to do with everyday life. Today too many machines are in use and it is difficult to distinguish art from non-art. Fortunately, we know, the painting is the art: there is a painter and his own (empty!) canvas, the painter only has a problem to try how accurately convey your image to the canvas, and ultimately the challenge remains: For example, a painter will see your huge nose, while others will consider it only "slightly higher"... And the result will be different. You're ready for it? If so, keep on reading: Your photos can always be printed out and show you at some point, but it says nothing about the relation of others to you: Despite trying to emulate photography, feel the moments where the artist "betrayed" and show you at the moment in what might you didn't want to... This moment depends on you. Before making a final portrait, we will send you a draft for approval - if you do not agree, we will make another attempt. But still, please, make sure you send us a great photo.
And the art? Picasso said that he deliberately painting "cartoons" because people are looking for it. This is the twentieth century, a time when people went "on your side", a time when ignorance playing (punk) taking precedence - have we moved away from that? I do not know. But, we do the opposite: we return to basic values - such as a return to painting, a painter with a brush and a blank paper, a painter who sees you as a person... This is a vision of an artist who sees you as the center of the world. And, contrary, you can always order a computer portrait - where we are more than competitive.

What techniques used to draw hand-made portraits?
There are 7 techniques: pastel, oil, watercolor, tempera, pen, drybrush and coal.
We also have 3 media: paper, canvas and MDF.
Each technique is not going to any surface, but there is a simple situation: oil only goes to the canvas and MDF, a pencil and a shower go only on paper. The rest are all possible combinations. No, you do not need to think about it because it is a limited selection menu that does not allow you to choose such as oil on paper and similar impossible combination.
